RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE EASY
If any product or service we provided differs from our representation of that product or service - AmeriCam will work with you as
expeditiously as possible to correct the problem.
Refunds & Exchanges
AmeriCam ATLANTA will refund any product purchased within 30 days of customer's receipt at their discretion. Shipping and service costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a member of AmeriCam management agrees to something different in writing.
How to Return Items
Any product returns to AmeriCam should be discussed with an AmeriCam member of management before shipping. Please do so by phone at (770) 831-6795, by email at
AmeriCamSM@iAmeriCam.com or in person at our corporate home office, located at 3550 S. Bogan Rd. Suite 800, Buford, GA 30519.
Shipping
We can ship products anywhere in the United States.
Items in stock will typically ship out within 2 business days after your payment is received. The estimated delivery timeframe for standard shipping is 3-5 business days, depending on where you live. We will notify you if there are any delays expected.
If delivery is time sensitivity, please contact customer service for a custom quote including expedited shipping or for international shipping.
