Buford's "Park at Copper Trail" Subdivision experiences major "Layoffs" just before holidays
GDO Report
BUFORD - According to local developers, many of those working in building the "Park at Copper Trail" residential subdivision have been laid off. Just before the holidays, many learned that they no longer had a job at the new development.
Some blame it on the economy, or the state of the national and local real estate market. Others blame it on the negative publicity surrounding the "Park at Copper Trail" which occurred when the developers decided not to pay the original land owners for their property. ____________________

SIGN of INTEGRITY
On Thursday, October 4th, Ascot Realty and their development partners erected a large wooden sign restricting resident's only access to and from their homes. This was apparently done in an attempt to hide the yellow signs the residents display directing potential home buyers to go to http://ParkAtCopperTrail.com on the Internet.
