Some accounting firms charge $100+ per hour or several thousand for monthly retainers. Our hourly rates range from $50 - $125 per hour and are based on the types of services you need. We will do retainer positions that are qualified with a given set of functions performed each month/quarter. We offer our accounting services in the confines of your office or our professionally equipped offices. We use state-of-the-art computing equipment and specialize in QuickBooks, Quicken, Excel and others. Our Tax Service clients are given specific appointments so there is no downtime in waiting to have your returns prepared. Before we actually begin preparing your return we review your tax data with you to ensure you get all the tax advantages due you. We guarantee that you’ll receive all the tax breaks in which you are entitled to. When your return is completed we go over the end results with you as a form of validating with you that we have covered your particular situation. In other words we don’t herd you through the chutes and then send you on your merry way. Tax preparation is billed by forms used. We do not charge for all forms in a tax return package. An example: some companies charge you for each W-2 you have. We do not! We don’t charge for all the forms required for Earned Income Credit. Others do!
