"There has been a national trend to create smarter communities with interesting architecture that are walkable, sustainable and have a sense of place," said Denese Bottrell, corporate communications manager, James Hardie Building Products. "We thought it was important to capture information about these communities and to share it with people involved in the homebuilding industry."
