However, you don't have to be a computer geek to realize that systems of much less power are usually priced around $300 and work their way up to the fastest, which usually run three to four times that price. So how can a computer dealer with four locations around greater Atlanta price some of the fastest systems under $100? Especially when no other computer dealers in town or online can come anywhere near this price. They're not some weird, generic brand. They're IBM's and Hewlett Packards. The computers are complete systems, with the exception of a keyboard, mouse and monitor - which is pretty much standard because most people already have their own special monitors and keyboards/mice are less than $10 each these days. So how can they do it? We ask ourselves. After pondering this question and doing scores of research, we've arrived at the following conclusion: Who cares? If you're looking to purchase a system and you've budgeted $500 which is what you have to spend these days for just about any computer, then we suggest you go to Ginstar, purchase 2 Pentium 4's, buy extra memory and disk space for it and take the remaining $200 or so and hit the mall like you won the money on a lottery ticket!
