Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate’s new Cascade
office is the most modern real estate office in
Norfth Georgia.

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate’s newest office has given the Cascade area a fresh new approach to real estate design. Associates have been on a waiting list for months to ensure their spot in the new Cascade office.

The Cascade office features stunning 19-foot ceilings with a custom glass block wall as you enter the door, colorful lighting, ceramic tile and canary yellow leather sofas with glass and chrome tables in the lobby. The office is fully decorated with a modern flair and includes funky sculptures and artwork.

Associates can return calls in the ‘private zone’ booth, similar to an indoor phone booth, with a stool and phone. Two viewing rooms with flat screen monitors allow associates to meet with clients to review listings and a biometrics security system (the eleventh office at Metro Brokers) gives associates access to the office after hours via a finger reader.

The new office also has 14 computer stations, two oversized conference rooms that accommodate 10 or more people, offices for two on-site loan officers and a closing attorney and 15 private offices for associates.

“We definitely have a leg up on the competition,” said sales associate Antoinette Bianchi. “No other real estate office in the area has anything like our office. Metro Brokers is the Architectural Digest of offices while our competition is stuck in a time warp.”

The Cascade area is also home to many prominent African Americans, including athletes, entertainers, executives, and politicians, such as baseball legend Hank Aaron or Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin. The development in South Fulton is attracting homebuyers because of its popularity and proximity to downtown Atlanta and the airport.
